Now this is a luxurious one.

Looking for a deliciously rich dessert that’s also packed with protein? Look no further than this luxurious pudding recipe from @fitwaffle.

With a crumbly biscuit base layered with irresistible peanut butter and chocolate hazelnut protein spread, this dessert is the perfect weekend treat. You'll be savoring every spoonful.

Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 1 digestive biscuit
  • 10 g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 80 g fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 15 g Impact Whey Protein (Chocolate Smooth)
  • 10 g all-natural peanut butter (melted)
  • 5 g protein spread (chocolate hazelnut)
  • 2 mini peanut butter cups (optional)

Instructions

1.

Crush the digestive biscuit into crumbs by placing it inside a zip lock bag and hitting with a rolling pin.

2.

Pour the crumbs into a clean ramekin and add the melted butter. Mix with a teaspoon to combine, then pat the biscuit base down into a smooth, flat layer at the bottom of the ramekin.

3.

In a separate bowl, mix the fat-free Greek yogurt and Impact Whey Protein until completely smooth and lump free.

4.

Pour the yogurt mixture on top of the biscuit base in the ramekin, smoothing it with the back of a teaspoon to create a flat surface.

5.

Top with the melted peanut butter and smooth into another circular layer. Repeat the process with the chocolate protein spread.

6.

Top with 2 mini peanut butter cups (if you wish) for the perfect indulgent final touch. Dig in immediately or keep in the fridge for a treat later on.
