Pancake Tacos

Ingredients

  • Pancake Tacos:
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/3 cup any milk (Razi used 0% skim for lower calorie)
  • 1/2 cup any flour (you can also use rolled oats)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1-2 tbsp any sweetener (depending on how sweet you want your pancakes, Razi used stevia)
  • dash of salt (approximately 1/8 tsp)
  • Filling :
  • 1/2 cup fat-free Greek yogurt (evenly distributed in each taco)
  • handful of blueberries/raspberries
  • melted dark chocolate, optional (from heating 1 tbsp chocolate chips and a tsp butter/oil)

Instructions

1.

Combine all of your pancake taco ingredients and blend together to form a batter.

2.

Cook your pancakes on the stove top.

3.

Get a container and place the pancakes inside, side by side, folded like tacos.

4.

Add your fillings and enjoy!
