End the year on a festive note with these Gingerbread Protein Oats by @fitbymandi.

They're easy to make and packed with protein—the perfect way to start your mornings this new year. Let's check it out.


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • Spices to taste: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, all spice
  • 1 scoop Myprotein Gingerbread Impact Whey
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Pecans (optional)
  • Salt (optional)



Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl. Add almond milk.


Mix together and microwave for 90 seconds.


Top with vanilla, maple syrup, and any other toppings you’d like! @fitbymandi uses pecans and a pinch of salt. Enjoy!
