I'm impressed
5I can't comment on it's effectiveness (does it work ???) but the chocolate smooth flavor is fine. It is thicker but not gross thick. I was actually pleasantly surprised. Overall it is better than I anticipated. I tend to add a partial scoop to my impact protein blend during the day or use by itself at night. I would like to see more flavors like salted caramel.Goes Well With:Smoothie.

Good thicker casein
5Overall it's nice. Has a good flavor to it, for vanilla and chocolate. Not super easy to mix but it can be done with a little more liquid and vigorous stirring, shaking. Goes Well With:milk, almond milk.

Good stuff
4I eat it every evening before bed. It mixes great in a blender and comes out thick. I sometimes add oatmeal and almond butter and it eats like a meal. Goes Well With:Milk and nut butter

1this was the worst ever..i love their regular whey, but I got the cookies and cream and it tastes like pure sugar...chalky just disgusting. I tried it in water and almond milk unsweetened and still disgusting. I tossed all 5lbs in the trash 🗑.

Not so good
4Cookies and cream not very good at all the Taste is not as you would expect.🥴 The product mixes frothy and it hard to drink . I hope it will grow on me as I bought a 5lbs bag. New customer to this product. Do not recommend this flavour at all. 👎🏽 .

4it taste fine after i get used to its smell. the ingredients seem clean and healthy almost products here.

Very smooth
5This is very smooth and tasty. I have the chocolate and i love it at night before bed, it helps sleep on a full stomacof slow digesting protein.Goes Well With:Anything really, oatmeal helps boost carbs.

5Great slow release protein. Mixes okay, takes a while to dissolve properly. Overall great product. Keeps you satiated for a long time. Great to take before bed. Goes Well With:Water

Great stuff
5Mixes well, makes you full and most importantly keeps you anabolic. I mixed the plain with the chocolate flavour to ingest less sweeteners. Would definitely purchase again. Only 120 cal per scoop with an impressive 30g of protein👌👌👌Goes Well With:I just mixed it with water. You can make it into ice cream as well if you limit the water per scoop and throw the mix in the fridge for an hour.
