Great price and product for cooking
5I have started to use this when i bake low-calorie high protein ('anabolic') foods and it works wonders. Makes the baked good so great compared to just using whey. Even saves me $ when i need to use a blended casein/whey option. I just mix 50/50 with Whey and recipes end up great.

Best Casein I've Had To Date...
5I was brand loyal to another brand for years but was unhappy with the results, looked for a while and the Strawberry Cream tastes so much better than the past Casein I've had. The Strawberry Cream tastes just right, not overwhelming! It can get thick depending on how many scoops you use. It kept me full throughout the night and didn't wake up starving like I used to.Goes Well With:I've personally been using unsweetened almond milk and it goes great with it.

5This protein has completely changed the way I eat. Slow digesting and great for baking. Get to end my nights with something sweet!Goes Well With:30g powder with 80ml egg whites OR 40ml egg whites + 40ml almond milk OR 1 egg + egg whites to 80ml OR 80ml almond milk. Throw in some baking powder or sugar free pudding/jello mix for an even better time!

Baking and Icecream
5Such an awesome flavor, thickness, and slow digesting. Exactly what I need for preventing blood sugar crashes. I just wish there were more flavors to choose from. Chocolate and Vanilla are absolutely clutch here.

Strawberry ICECREAMM!
5A great Protein powder that is probably your cheapest option out there. This powder is third-party tested and ranks in the top 3. I like the Mocha flavour but have been using strawberry cream for anabolic ice cream. The protein powder mixes really well with anything (I like water or nut milk). Here is an anabolic recipe that you can try! Remember, you can always substitute the ingredients and experiment with the liquids + ice for your prefered consistency for ice cream! I like to add bout 2mL to my baked recipes or anabolic ice cream. Here is an anabolic ice cream recipe I like to use this product with: * 2mL of flavdrops (White Chocolate or Mocha - Any really helps)! * 2 scoops of your protein powder of choice (I like to use MyProtein Isolate, but any works!) * 225 frozen berries of your choice * 125g greek yogourt (I like 0% Plain) * 2-3g of xanthan gum (This is key to get that ice cream THICCness - don't use too as I feel like it does give tummy aches if you add too much) * 90-100mL of your milk of choice (casher/ almond is my go-to!) *5-10g of your sweetener of choice * 250g of Ice (Add more for more thickness) Additional: * Cocao powder (5-15g if you want) * PB powder (1 serving - I like to do this at the end as a nice topping) All this can be substituted to your liking (Berries, milk, protein flavours) - Experiment! casin protein
4amazing taste and feel full after drinking,I mix with milk for added protein but have some trouble with the mixture clumps up quite often but just take a spoon scrap the sides once then reshake and go to go...really enjoy this powder take 2 hours before bed no problems with bloat ...A productGoes Well With:milk or water no real difference

5I love the idea of slow release. I've added it to my pre bed regimen. I'm older and feel like it's working for me. Thank you!Goes Well With:Love it with whole milk. Vanilla flavor and very finely ground which I think helps with similation

Tastes Good, Blends Well
4Pretty much same review as their impact protein. I've been using this casein for a few years. The chocolate smooth tastes good and blends well. The taste is very mild so I deducted 1 star. Even more bland tha their impact protein. I guess mild is better than bad though. The price is just ok when not on sale, but unbeatable when you are getting 35% or more off. Goes Well With:Sometimes i blend this with nonfat greek yogurt to make super high protein smoosh.

Chocolate smooth
5Great casein at an affordable price. It is not incredibly delicious, I have yet to find any delicious casein, but it gets the job done and is nicely drinkable with cold water. Casein really thickens in the stomach causing fullness at a low calorie price with high calcium and protein leading to easy weight loss. I used to 5.5 pound bag in 2 months and still not tired of it as long as I drink it cold. I fill my mixing bottle half way with water before shaking because casein does bubble up a lot, then after the bubbles fall I fill the rest up and mix again to get a perfect mix. Goes Well With:Cold water, cold milk.
