Good for anabolic ice cream and baking
5A great Protein powder that is probably your cheapest option out there. This powder is third-party tested and ranks in the top 3. I like the strawberry cream for anabolic ice cream. The protein powder mixes really well with anything (I like water or nut milk). Here is an anabolic recipe that you can try! Remember, you can always substitute the ingredients and experiment with the liquids + ice for your prefered consistency for ice cream! I like to add about 2mL of toffee (Flavdrops, but they are currently sold out :(, sub with a flavour extract) to my baked recipes or anabolic ice cream. Here is an anabolic ice cream recipe I like to use this product with: * 2mL of flavdrops (White Chocolate or Mocha/ Toffee - Any really helps)! * 2 scoops of your protein powder of choice (I like to use MyProtein Isolate, but any works!) * 225 frozen berries of your choice * 125g greek yogourt (I like 0% Plain) * 2-3g of xanthan gum (This is key to get that ice cream THICCness - don't use too as I feel like it does give tummy aches if you add too much) * 90-100mL of your milk of choice (casher/ almond is my go-to!) *5-10g of your sweetener of choice * 250g of Ice (Add more for more thickness) Additional: * Cocao powder (5-15g if you want) * PB powder (1 serving - I like to do this at the end as a nice topping) All this can be substituted to your liking (Berries, milk, protein flavours) - Experiment! Pretty good
5I don't know why this taste so similar. But I can say is that the strawberry creme, is pretty good. This is an actual protein shake I wouldn't mind drinking everyday. It goes down smoothly and has good taste, couldn't ask for better.Goes Well With:So far I've tried milk and it taste like a strawberry shake in a way

Chocolate smooth, the best!
5This is one of the best-tasting proteins I had. Because it is Casein, it has an issue with mixing. But overall taste and results are best. I would definitely recommend this brand.

Strawberry Cream All The Way
5Never bought Casein before because I’d always down a shake before bed instead. This stuff feels a lot easier on your stomach than a full-blown shake and you don’t wake up feeling as hungry. Strawberry Cream is spot on for a dessert like flavor before bed. Goes Well With:Whole Milk

Doesn't make great ice cream fluff
2Compared to other brands, this casein doesn't fluff up anywhere near. Really not great for ice cream or protein fluff.

Do not miss out on this
5Amazing benefits drinking this before bed time. Definetly have noticed a difference in recovery compared to having whey before my sleep. I do tend to use this for baking as well. The easiest way to make pudding like consistancy is to add this to your yogurt. Very nice and thick with great flavours. Great for cooking
5A lot of recipes call for a whey casein mix. I mix this with some whey and it turns out great.Goes Well With:Cheatdaydesign's edible brownie batter, and cookie dough (inside the recipe)
