Good source of protein, taste not so great
5Really good source of protein and pretty low calorie. Taste is definitely not as good as kodiak cakes, but this offers more protein and the same calories. Good source of protein and can be mixed well with blueberries, bananas and peanut butter. Goes Well With:Fruit Chocolate chips Peanut butter Peanut butter powder

Bland flavor but great value
5First off, use 1/2 cup of water. The recipe calls for 1/4 cup of water however that is not NEARLY enough. I've tried 1/4, 1/3, and 3/4 cups of water but 1/2 cup seems to work the best. With 1/2 cup, they're very easy to mix in any small bowl with a whisk or even in a shaker bottle. As for the taste, they're honestly very bland. However, for 190 calories and 22g of protein, it's honestly hard to complain. All you have to do is add a bit of sugar free maple syrup or mix in two tablespoons of PB2 to make them taste better. All in all, a great product for how cheap it is and how macro-friendly it is. Goes Well With:Sugar Free Maple Syrup PB2 Powder

Great Pancakes with Even better Macros
5I love these pancakes, they have great macros and are now my go-to evening snack before hitting the gym. They taste a little plain if you mix it with water, but adding milk (I use almond) and some diced bananas, strawberries or blueberries (or any other fruit you like) will make a HUGE difference. I also recommend some zero sugar maple syrup for an even more incredible taste without adding too many calories. Goes Well With:Almond Milk, Fruits, Maple Syrup

Great alternative to regular pancakes!
55/5 because you can really make these things taste really good. Plain with just the mix and water is okay! It's spongey and flavorless, but if you add cacao powder, cinnamon, and vanilla to the mix before cooking...WOW it's a game changer. Or add some chocolate nibs and blueberries. I highly recommend this pancake mix Goes Well With:cacao powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and syrup

Taste awful
1The taste is very bad, they say you need 1/4 of a cup of water for 2 scoop, do u know how little this is... After a try, you need way more. The only good point is that its super quit to mix and bake. I dont recommand this product at all!

Hey, pretty good! 👍
4Before I even bought this pancake mix, I looked at all the reviews and was weary because of the surprising amount of negative reviews. However, with macros like this, I had to take a risk and give this pancake mix a try. I am glad to say that I did and now this mix has become one of my new favorites! Contrary to what others say, I do not think this mix tastes bad; however, it is Unsweetened so it can benefit from a little sweetness in the form of honey, syrup, jam, yogurt, etc. (Or, you can even add some MyProtein FlavDrops to the batter 😋). Alternatively, you can opt for a more savory route with something like nut butter, regular butter, cheese, or turn this mix into a wrap by making the batter thinner. Remember, this mix is not sweetened so it is very versatile with what it can make. When I make this pancake mix, I never go by the instructions because to me, 1/4 cup of liquid makes the batter too thick and it looks unspreadable so I always add more. What I do is I mix a serving (52g) of this pancake mix, 1 scoop of impact whey protein (25g), and 9 Tbsp (138g) of liquid egg whites and mix those together. I also add just a little bit more baking powder to get more lift. You can use whole eggs but I'd rather use egg whites in the pancakes and have whole eggs to eat with the pancakes on the side because the egg whites and eggs produce pancakes with the same texture without any difference (I've tried both ways). The instructions recommend using water and no eggs, and, while that works, I feel that eggs/egg whites yield a better texture product. I have not tried this with flax "eggs" nor chia "eggs" but I imagine they would yield a better end product than just water alone. Finally, I'd like to go over the end product. You may be wondering how many pancakes does this make. Well, I've made this pancake mix many different times and honestly, the number of pancakes varies depending on how thick you make the batter, and how much batter you pour on the pan. From my experience, however, I always get between 2 to 5 good sized pancakes. And to me, that's just fine! For only 190 calories per serving, doubling the pancake mix and getting perhaps 4 to 10 pancakes sounds like heaven. I mean, who doesn't love pancakes? 🤔 Anyway, that's my review! I recommend these and if you're on the edge, I'd say give it a try and that this mix is worth it. I'm going to be buying another pack today!Goes Well With:Pretty much anything! Also, cinnamon and Nutmeg or any warm spices go a long way with this product.

Definitely a Breakfast Add
4The Protein Pancake Mix is definitely a great option that I've found myself adding more and more to my weekly roster of breakfasts. The taste (though it doesn't completely emulate the fluffy and soft texture of flour pancakes) is pretty solid, and beats other protein pancake mixes I've tried previously. I did find that it is a little difficult to mix together with the instructions on the packaging, and I've added a little more water to be able to manipulate it better.Goes Well With:Peanut butter, Nutella, Honey, Berries
