Great preworkout
5Overall effective. This stuff gives me stamina for sure and I definitely last longer at the gym. When I started drinking this I started doing more sets and reps. Worth it. Taste is not the best but not bad. It's drinkable. Then again a lot of supplements don't taste good so this is a little better compared to others. I have only tried the blue raspberry.Goes Well With:It's better to drink it alone. If you mix it with something, it should be with something that's unflavored.

Stopped using product.
4The product gave me a good boost of energy and allowed me to workout harder and longer. Taste is good. I know it can neither be confirmed or denied that creatine has effects on hair loss but the thin spots in my hair didn't appear until a 2-3 weeks into taking this preworkout. I have stopped using it and purchased a preworkout w/o creatine with hopes my hair will fill back in. Goes Well With:Water

Blue Raspberry PreWorkout
1I'm a big supporter of My Protein protein products. Haven't had a bad flavor yet so I thought Id try some other products such as their pre-workout....the taste is horrible. It tastes like blue raspberry medicine. The after taste made me sick to my stomach. So disappointed since their protein is amazing. Bought 2 tubs since I accidently ordered twice and will be returning the un-opened tub.

too many calories
2Love the taste, love the pump but 50 calories per scoop?? Not gonna sacrifice those calories during a cut. I use other brands that are equally effective, just slightly more expensive I'd buy this again but only if it was in the 10 calorie rangeGoes Well With:water

Good Product
4Fast acting, good mix for high energy without the shaky, heart palputatey feeling that some pre-workouts will give you. The Watermelon flavour is quite good, and it mixes easily as well. It doesn't take too long to kick in, so for me I pound it back just before I leave for the gym and I can walk in and be high energy in time for my workout. Definitely recommended to anyone, I bought 2 tubs the first time around and I've just ordered another 2.Goes Well With:MyAminoBoost

3I usually drink C4, but decided to try this because it was on for a good sale (I ordered the green apple, because that's typically my favorite flavor). It's so gross! It tastes very similar to that warm gross taste in your mouth if you've ever vomitted from drinking too much green apple sour puss. It's really effective in terms of energy, but I don't even know if it's worth it. I try to chug it back as fast as I can to just get it over with, but it usually takes two chugs to get through the whole bottle, and I usually end up dry heaving half way through. I've tried making gummies out of it just to avoid the taste, but I think the heat/freezing process affects the ingredients, because I can't get the same boost with the gummies that I do when I just mix it with water. The color and smell is also really off putting. My boyfriend loves pre and he won't even touch this stuff. They definitely need to work on the flavor for this one!!

Just Try It!
4At first it was pretty rough tasting. But now I've grown to like it, particularly blue raspberry. I've purchased it 4 times. For me personally, I feel that it helps for what I need, some days more than others. Don't knock it until you try it. I'm working on trying other flavors now. Next up is grape.Goes Well With:Beta Alanine; I have yet to try with Taurine.
