3First thing anybody notices with any preworkout is taste and this stuff tastes horrid. At least blue raspberry does. The initial taste is okay, then it changes to a nasty chemical taste. It mixed well with a shaker. As far as effectiveness it was slightly above average. But you can get better pre for the same price. If they fix the flavor it would be a 4-5 star pre workout. And I suggest using 1.5-2 scoops.

Works great
5It tastes great, mixes well and gives a kick for workouts. It's not too much caffeine to the point of making you wonder if your heart will last through the workout. The bonus is that it's way cheaper than other similar products.

Horrible flavor, mixes awfully
3Definitely has all the ingredients needed to make an amazing and effective preworkout, but tastes like absolute poison. It honestly tastes like shampoo mixed with some highly toxic cleaning chemical with a bit of crushed candy. So much of the pre doesn't dissolve. I've been using different pre-workouts for years, this was by far the worst in mixability. If you can stomach the taste and the powder that doesn't blend doesn't bother you, it's a great pre I guess.

5The Watermelon flavor is the best tasting pretty workout I've ever had. Great pumps in the gym with no jitters or skin burning sensations. Goes Well With:Water

5This is my favorite preworkout on the market. Rarely do I ever feel the need to double up on scoops so it lasts a long time, too.

5Great product. Taste and effectiveness are one of the best on the market. It's recipe include amino acids for an overall great experience. Goes Well With:Water!

Love the Energy boost!
5My second brand of Pre-Workout and I will stick with this. Some pre-workout brands have nasty taste. I tried Grape but the flavor was not good. I now use Blue Raspberry and the taste is so much better. In addition, this has a good amount of Potassium which other brands do not. Goes Well With:Water.
