gritty
4the diet whey is good, but a little gritty I think - I'm guessing that is from the oats that is in it. but overall it is good - next time I will order the vanilla and add fruit to it!

5This protein is the BEST protein I've ever received. It mixes great and tastes amazing. Throw in some mango o pinapple or have it plain, works every time. I feel full to last me a few hours (I eat every 2-3 hrs). I've only mixed this with water but i'm sure it taste great with milk.Goes Well With:Fruit, H2O

5I got the 6.6 pouch, double chocolate flavor...I just love it! Love the rich chocolate taste, it's great for baking to.. and I love the presentation..the pouch saves so much room rather than huge plastic containers! Great purchase!:)Goes Well With:Everything!

Slim to Fit
5This product has worked wonders with a proper diet! Having the set-up of the protein with the low GI carbs has been great in maintaining a carb cycle routine whilst not feeling drained during any training session. Mixing is great for any after workout shake or even some simple snacks that need that extra protein kick. Would definitely suggest to those who are skeptical about having an increase in carbs after a workout or even to those looking to steadily increase size and strength.

good nutrition bad taste
4Impact Diet Whey has really good content, that is the reason why i bought it. But i have problem drinking it, because i really don't like the taste that much (i tried vanilla and double chocolate). In my opinion it mixes better than regular whey so now I'm using it for breakfast with yogurt and other stuff to cover the 'green tea' taste that i can sense in both flavors. Goes Well With:yogurt, water, milk
