5So, I figured I'd give this a shot since I needed a blend with complex carbohydrates to get me some fuel about 1-2 hours before squatting on my workout (I'm doing the strong lifts 5x5), and I have to say that it feels great to have some energy during the workout that also lasts afterwards. I tried out a pre workout once, and most of them are useless for me. They either get me jittery (and I crash and burn after my workout, not the best solution for working out in the morning) or they have enough caffeine for a cow. Either way, they suck. I've tried this and a banana to get that post-lunch snack in and they've been awesome so far. Since I'm still new to SL5x5, it'll take some time before I really see the difference. However, it's been effective so far and I hope to see it maintain relevance even further along the line. Also, be warned that it is a little gritty. Trust me, it's not the end of the world. To not drink something because of the texture is definitely a first world problem worth enduring on the path to strength. Double chocolate tastes great and I would highly recommend this even to someone who doesn't care much for protein just because it's great to get a drink with some complex carbs. Finally, I wouldn't recommend this if you're trying to cut or you just don't want any fillers calories. It's like 18 grams per scoop and 150 calories (the other 78 are the carbs and fat.) Look at the Impact Whey or the hydrolyzed whey products (don't remember the name). I found this brand through that one protein experiment on reddit so I'm here to stay. 5This is a great product! Mixes very well, a little gritty/clumpy because of the oats but it tastes great. I got the double chocolate and it is heaven, especially when mixed with milk. It almost acts as a meal replacement, its definitely a good snack replacement.Goes Well With:Milk

4I bought this one when it has huge discount on August (75 %). For that price, it was excellent. At first, I thought that maybe it is a fake website lol so I just ordered one. the taste is really good and it mixes easy. However, the price is high without any discount.

5This product is so good!! I actually look forward to my Impact Diet Whey shake...I bought the strawberry shortcake and it tastes great. Next im ordering vanilla cookies or chocolate...ships very fast. Very tasty!! Goes Well With:Water, skim milk, juice
