Great Taste and Great Effects!
5This sour apple tastes great and I can feel the BCAA's in the morning. It is a little chalky texture wise, but overall a great product.Goes Well With:Caffeine and Protein for my AM shake.

Just What I Need
5The Good: -This is exactly what I need after my workout. I always drink it right after I workout because I always feel burnt out after. When I drink IBCAA I feel much better and ready to start the day. -Love the flavor The Bad: -Can be a bit strong if you don't have enough liquid to mix it with. Goes Well With:Water and ice

Seems Good Tastes Iffy
4I think it's really hard to judge the quality of a BCAA, but this one seems just as good as the others available elsewhere. It mixes pretty well as well. However, like most BCAAs it has that medicinal taste to it that's hard to ignore, but you do get used to it quickly and it's not bad. Would buy again.Goes Well With:Water

Efficient supplement
5Honestly this is a good product, because you can use it before, durng and after training. The best of all and I think for most of us is the price for around 50 servings, also BCAAs here are frequently on offer half price or something like that. i recomend 100% to buy and consume the product. It is very important that every consumer remembers that the flavor is not what matters, but in this case this bcaas taste great!Goes Well With:Water because

Didn't Taste Like Sour Apple
3After buying the Sour Apple Branched Chain Amino Acids (IBCAA's). First it was a great price for BCAA's. But my Sour Apple did not taste like anything at all unfortunately. Although still a great deal, you just may want to try another flavor. Goes Well With:Sour Apple Candy

Good Stuff
5It mixes well but the taste is horrible! I normally don't take BCAA's so I'm not sure how other brands taste, but this tastes like I crushed up a pill and tasted it. I recommend mixing this in a 32 oz bottle to minimize the taste and/or adding flavdrops.
