Mistakes were made
1I usually love MyProtein products but this is the worst tasting gym supplement I've ever had and that's saying alot from a guy that has had pre-workout that taste like 2010 4Lokos. I got the orange flavored IBCAA and it tastes like Orange Candle Water. It tastes like warm Orange La Croix Sparkling Water that has been sitting out in the sun for too long. It's pretty much absolutely disgusting. I tried to salvage it by mixing it with my pre-workout and other BCAAs but it just made it worst. This thing is so bad that it ruins the taste of other things I tried mixing it with. MyProtein why did you make this?!?! Who hurt Y'all to make this product? Stop selling this for the sake of humanity Goes Well With:Nothing, it just makes things worst.

Orange taste like orange rind
1Can't speak to the effectiveness of this product as it taste so awful I stopped using it. The Orange flavor taste like Orange Rind and not what you would expect. Don't know how they decided to actually sell this product.

Terrible taste for an alright result
1I bought the watermelon flavored IBCAA and it is by far the worst smelling and tasting supplement ive ever perchased. Even for the price it is NOT worth it and it gives an alright result of hydration when working out. Worse product ever just smells like burning plastic and taste like black tar without an ounce of watermellon flavour at all or any flavour for that matter.Goes Well With:Nothing

Do not buy Orange
1The orange flavor is just bitter powder. Was it a bad batch? The blue raspberry IBCAA was very good.

Disgusting Taste
1This is by far the worse tasting supplement I have ever taken. Only used it one time and there's no way I'm using anymore. Not the slightest hint of watermelon flavor at all, just fake sugar. Highly Unrecommended. Waste of money

Effective workout session supplement
5I found MyProtein's IBCAA supplement especially effective when taken during workouts. Since embarking recently on a PPL split, I found my body benefited greatly by using a low caffine pre-workout supplement, the IBCAA during workouts, a whey protein a couple of hours after exercise and MyProtein's Slow-Release Impact Casein supplement 30 minutes before bed. I've made excellent gains in a very short period of time. Additionally, the IBCAA Watermelon flavour is not overpowering. In fact, it tastes exactly like the juice from an actual watermelon. IBCAA Supplement
5This is easy to add to a drink, after a workout, just to rehydrate. I started feeling better in the evening when I drank this. Low it calories and full of essential amino acids.Goes Well With:Many drinks Even alcoholic I felt better and was glad I made this choice!

Good Product
4Good in-workout drink that mixes easily with water. My only complaint would be that the flavor is a bit bland and needs to be kicked up a bit

Taste horrible
1Bought 2lb of lemon lime on sale. Worst taste ever. Been working out for many years, by far horrible taste. Taste so bitter and bad after taste. Taste like poison. Don't by lemon lime.
