Very solid - add it to your order
5Pretty inexpensive for all of the benefits. I always have this as part of my order. Typically get unflavored and mix with my post-workout shake once a day.

Must get for gains!
5You can't go wrong with this creatine monohydrate. It's clean, mixed well and works! My only challenge would be picking the scoop after usage as it digs into the bag after use if you are moving the bag around, so hands can get quite messy, but nothing to waste there, right?! Creatine is proven to work and I highly recommend taking Myprotein's creatine to mix with your BCAAs or the whey protein shakes.Goes Well With:BCAA and Whey Protein

5So far I think creatine is helping. It helps recovery after the next day but still don’t really see the results yet but I only had it for a 3 weeks now. Creatine normally doesn’t show results for awhile Goes Well With:With water

4This creatine monohydrate powder works great. I feel the difference in recovery between workouts is much improved. Muscle growth and strength have been very noticeable. I have only one issue with it... the packaging. I don't like the zip bag. It's messy and sometimes does not seal correctly. I wish it were in a container instead. Aside form that it's definitely worth a try and the money if you want to try creatine as part of your recovery regiment. Goes Well With:Anything. This truly has no taste, gentle on my stomach. Only negative issue is solubility, it’s a little grainy so mix it well.

Creatine=Vascularity
5When I first started taking this i went from 156 to 158 in 2 days. Same diet, body fat stayed at 12%. Adding 2 pounds of intro-cellular water onto a physique with decently low body fat makes a huge difference. I also become way more vascular and just filled out my tee shirts better. Strength on deadlifts went up about 20 pounds in a month. I don’t usually cycle creatine because it’s not gonna hurt you to be on it. Make sure you hydrate yourself a lot thought. You may wake up pretty thirsty tooGoes Well With:Water Protein shake
