Great creatine
5I have been taking Creatine for several years. I was looking for a new Creatine monohydrate without any sweeteners. This Creatine was perfect. It mixes East and does not have a strong taste. I usually mix it with my preworkout and protein shakes. Great product and you have a new customer. Goes Well With:Preworkout and protein shakes.

What it needs to be
5Very satisfied with the creatine as it comes with a scooper as well as the fact that it doesn't have a strange taste like one I've tried before. Taste like nothing and mixes with any thicker drinks well.

5It's creatine, does what it needs too. My only suggestion is to mix into a smoothie or protein shake as it has an odd texture in the mouth.Goes Well With:Protein Shake Smoothie

Simple and Effective
5Does what it is supposed to do. It has a slight taste when mixing it with a small amount of water but it is bearable. I really appreciate the fact that it comes with a scoop as well! If you are missing a scoop, it might be buried under all of the powder. Overall, great product for its price.

Good Product
4This creatine is good, especially considering its cost. The only issue I have is that it will not mix in cool/cold water, so I either need to use hot water first and then put ice in it afterwards or deal with drinking the powder. It is truly flavorless, only having a slight taste if using a small amount of water (4 oz. I find) but otherwise not effecting the flavor of whatever you mix it in. The bag it comes in is pretty useless as the seal on it is terrible, leading to clumps of powder after moisture is able to get in. I would highly recommend getting another container that seals well to store this creatine.Goes Well With:Whey Protein; BCAA; Pre-Workout

Effective and Cheap Creatine
5Does what it needs to do. Mixes easily, and has a nice texture. Creatine does not need to be flavored. I really appreciate that it contains a scoop, not all creatines I have bought have one and it makes measuring out my daily 5 grams a breeze. Will order again!Goes Well With:Any whey protein

Easy Mix Creatine
5At the end of the day, I'm not taking Creatine for the taste or texture. With that in mind, it's important for creatine to be easy to mix and enjoy with other products. Thankfully, MP's creatine is just that; it mixes seamlessly and goes down smoothly. While other brands might leave a grainy texture in your protein shake or sports drink, this powder practically disappears when you mix it in. I'm even adding it to my coffee every now and then. I've found my brand of creatine and I'm not looking back. Goes Well With:Everything

5Ive been using this everyday mixing it into my coffee as it does not mix well in cold drinks. it works exactly as it should and it has no taste what so ever. it does not come with a scoop so get a measuring spoon instead. a 2.2lb bag will last a long time. worth your time and money.Goes Well With:coffee and any hot beverage

Creatine monohydrate
4the 0.5lb and 1.1lb bags of plain monohydrate seem to differ lots. While the 1.1lb bag gives me a noticeable gain in muscle mass, it also gives me insomnia, acne, a deeper voice, and other symptoms, which is good because I know it's working. When I switch to the 05lb bag of the exact same product, all the symptoms go away- my acne disappears within several days, I get more tired when running, and I don't even know if it's working or not. However, when I eat a significant number of carbs, the 0.5lb bag gives similar effects as the 1.1lb bag- I get increased muscle mass and acne. Don't know why these two identical looking products produce such different results and feelings.
