simple, sour pre workout
5I take 6g about 30 minutes pre workout for the benefits cited in the product overview. It's always hard to quantify how much these products help in the short term, but I've noticed that by stacking this with the other products below, I'm able to have longer training sessions with improved recovery. What I did notice about this product compared to others on different sites was the 2:1 ratio of citrulline to malate, which is superior to something closer to 1:1. As a side note, the malate ends up being the flavoring for my pre-workout; it basically tastes like a super sour apple candy. Goes Well With:beta alanine, creatine, caffeine
