Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients, except butter, into a blender. Blend till smooth.

  2. Butter pan and heat it at medium heat.

  3. Once bubbling/hot, pour batter into the pan to make pancakes preferred shape/size.

  4. Cook on both sides for 1-2 minutes or when beginning to brown.

  5. Add toppings to serve.⁣
