1. Birthday Cake Protein Pancakes

Mix all the ingredients together except for the oats and sprinkles until well combined and all lumps are gone. Blend the oats in a blender to form a fine flour then add into the mixture and stir well. Heat a non-stick pan and spray with 1 cal oil to ensure the pancakes won’t stick. Pour some batter into the pan and cook it until bubbles begin to form. Flip the pancake over and cook on the other side.  Repeat this process with the rest of the batter, then serve with some zero syrup in butterscotch flavour with some sprinkles on top.

Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl, including the chopped mango. You may want to cut the dried mango into even smaller pieces if the chunks are large. Spray a non-stick pan with 1 calorie oil spray and heat it up. Cook the mixture as you would with normal pancakes, pour a small amount on to the pan and when it begins to bubble, flip it over to cook it evenly on the opposite side.  Serve with some passion fruit zero syrup and some fresh mango.

4. Apple Spice Protein Pancakes

Mix all the ingredients together until well combined in the bowl and no lumps are remaining. Allow the mixture to thicken up for a few minutes as the ground flaxseed will soak up some of the liquid.

Heat up a non-stick pan and spray with one calorie oil spray to help avoid sticking. Drop some batter onto the pan and allow it to cook until it begins to bubble, then flip it over to the opposite side and cook it evenly. Serve with some zero syrup in the apple and cinnamon flavour.
