1. Birthday Cake Protein Pancakes
30g Instant Oats
25g Impact Whey
1/2 tsp. baking powder
60g mashed banana
40g fat-free yoghurt
1 egg white
Sprinkles
Mix all the ingredients together except for the oats and sprinkles until well combined and all lumps are gone. Blend the oats in a blender to form a fine flour then add into the mixture and stir well. Heat a non-stick pan and spray with 1 cal oil to ensure the pancakes won’t stick. Pour some batter into the pan and cook it until bubbles begin to form. Flip the pancake over and cook on the other side. Repeat this process with the rest of the batter, then serve with some zero syrup in butterscotch flavour with some sprinkles on top.

2. Strawberries & Cream Protein Pancakes
1 banana (mashed)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
30g chopped strawberries
Mix together the eggs, mashed banana, baking powder, chopped strawberries and protein powder. Ensure there are no lumps in the batter and that the eggs are fully combined into the mixture. Heat a non-stick frying pan and spray with 1 calorie oil. Pour the batter into the pan and cook the pancake until it begins to bubble, flip it over and cook evenly on the opposite side. Repeat this process with the remaining batter. When the stack of pancakes are cooked, serve with some extra strawberries and Greek yoghurt.

3. Tropical Protein Pancakes
4 egg whites
30g Instant Oats
1/2 banana
30g Dried Mango
Mix together all the ingredients in a bowl, including the chopped mango. You may want to cut the dried mango into even smaller pieces if the chunks are large. Spray a non-stick pan with 1 calorie oil spray and heat it up. Cook the mixture as you would with normal pancakes, pour a small amount on to the pan and when it begins to bubble, flip it over to cook it evenly on the opposite side. Serve with some passion fruit zero syrup and some fresh mango.

4. Apple Spice Protein Pancakes
25g Instant Oats
1/2 tsp. baking powder
15g Ground Flaxseeds
30g apple sauce (pureed)
3 egg whites
Pinch cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients together until well combined in the bowl and no lumps are remaining. Allow the mixture to thicken up for a few minutes as the ground flaxseed will soak up some of the liquid.
Heat up a non-stick pan and spray with one calorie oil spray to help avoid sticking. Drop some batter onto the pan and allow it to cook until it begins to bubble, then flip it over to the opposite side and cook it evenly. Serve with some zero syrup in the apple and cinnamon flavour.

1 banana (mashed)
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Mix together the eggs, mashed banana, baking powder, high protein chocolate pieces and protein powder together well. Ensure there are no lumps in the batter and that the eggs are fully combined into the mixture. Heat a non stick frying pan and spray with 1 calorie oil. Drop some of the pancake batter into the pan and cook the pancake until it begins to bubble, flip it over and cook evenly on the opposite side. Repeat this process with the remaining batter.
