Healthier Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings

Eating right doesn't have to be difficult. These Healthier Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings from ambassador Razi Kahn will make your mouth water while delivering some solid macros.

These wings can be baked or air-fried, making them a healthier option than traditionally deep-fried wings.

They're perfect for Sunday night football or any time you're craving some comfort food. Let's check them out.

Ingredients

  • Chicken Wings:
  • 16 drums/flats
  • squeeze of lime
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • Buffalo Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup buffalo/hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp light cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • Optional Toppings:
  • chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Put your raw chicken wings in a dish. Squeeze the lime juice on top. Then add all of your spices and olive oil. Mix well.

  2. Bake at 450F for 25 min or air fry at 400F for 12 min.

  3. To make your sauce, combine the hot sauce, cream cheese, and honey in a shaker.

  4. Place your cooked chicken wings in a bowl and pour the sauce over them. Mix well.

  5. Add whatever toppings you like. Razi used green onions. Enjoy!
