Getting tired of the same old oatmeal recipes? We've got just the thing. The delectable Ferrero Rocher Chilled Oatmeal by @strictlythriving will make your breakfast taste so good it'll feel like a dessert. Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop Myprotein Soy Protein Isolate (sub w/ other vegan/whey protein OR extra oats + 15g (~1 tbsp) sweetener)
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 5-6 drops Myprotein FlavDrops
- 1+ 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2+ 1/2 tbsp hazelnut butter
- 2 + 1 tsp liquid sweetener of choice (optional)
- 3 tbsp soy/Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp boiling water
- 3/4-1 cup plant/dairy milk (less if using whey protein, more if using vegan)
- 1/2 tbsp chopped hazel nuts (sub w/ other nuts)
Instructions
Mix the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, 3g (~1/2 tbsp) cocoa powder, FlavDrops, 10ml (~2 tsp) liquid sweetener, 8g (~1/2 tbsp) hazelnut butter, and milk together. Optional: place into a blender and blend till smooth.
Pour into a bowl. Microwave for two 45-second intervals while mixing in between.
Mix yogurt and FlavDrops together. Spread yogurt on top of oats.
Mix 5g (~1 tbsp) cocoa powder with 5ml (~1 tsp) sweetener and boiling water. Pour and spread mixture on top of oats.
Use 8g (~1/2 tbsp) hazelnut butter and a spoon/knife to create swirls.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Add chopped nuts to serve!
