Who said smoothie bowls have to be fruity?
The newest recipe from @lilylykkes is sure to kick your sweet cravings to the curb — and boost your macros at the same time.
With 17g of protein and 60g of carbs, this smoothie bowl is the perfect after-gym snack to aid recovery and promote muscle growth. It doesn’t hurt that it tastes great, too.
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 50ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp natural yogurt
- 2 Myvegan Chocolate Chip Cookies
Instructions
1.
Pop one cookie, the bananas and almond milk into a blender, and mix until smooth.
2.
Spoon the smoothie mixture into your favourite bowl.
3.
Take the remaining cookie and tear it into sections.
4.
Roll these sections into a small balls and pop on top of your smoothie mixture.
5.
Enjoy!
