Fajitas are a Tex-Mex classic. Served in a corn or tortilla wrap, they can include all kinds of fillings, but most of the time you’ll find meat, peppers, and onions all fried in delicious spices.

Ingredients

  • 2 peppers (sliced)
  • 1 red onion (sliced)
  • 1 tbsp. garlic (finely chopped)
  • 300 g chicken breast (sliced into thin strips)
  • Half lime juice
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 1/4 cup fajita seasoning
  • 1/3 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 4 tortilla wraps
  • Sprinkling fresh coriander
  • Half avocado (sliced)

Instructions

Add peppers, onion, garlic, chicken, lime juice, and fajita seasoning to the air fryer basket. Mix well.
