Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Pancake Mix
  • 100 ml oat milk
  • 200 g fresh fruit
  • Optional chocolate spread, powdered sugar, or whatever other topping you like

Instructions

  1. Add the milk and protein to a shaker bottle and shake well.

  2. Pour the mixture into a squeezy condiment bottle.

  3. Heat a frying pan with a little oil.

  4. Squeeze the pancake mix onto the pan to make mini pancakes.

  5. Cook each side for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Flip when the pancakes no longer stick to the pan.
