In a world where you can have anything for breakfast, have baked oats. It’s like eating cake for breakfast. Who’d say no to that? And if you’ve already got your morning routine down to a fine art, you can always have them as a midday snack instead.
Marino Katsouris is all over the hype. He finds that his baked oats satisfy his sweet tooth while keeping him on track and keeping his cravings at bay. Three birds, one stone.
