You can't go wrong with a salad. Myprotein Kitchen's Green Goddess Salad is easy to make and will have you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Packed with nutritious green herbs and veggies, this one will help you fuel your body throughout the week.

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 a head green/white cabbage
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 8-10 cashews
  • 2 tbsp water (to thin)
  • salt + chili flakes to taste

Instructions

1.

Finely dice the cucumber and cabbage.

2.

Add the remaining ingredients to a blender, blend until creamy.

3.

Fold dressing in with diced veggies.

4.

Serve as is or with pita chips as a rustic dip.
