Ingredients
- 1 pack Myprotein Chocolate Raspberry Protein Wafers (or other wafers)
- 1 scoop Myprotein Impact Whey Protein
- 3/4 cup cottage cheese (sub w/ Greek or soy yogurt)
- 3-4 drops Myprotein FlavDrops
- 2 tbsp chocolate syrup/sauce
- 1 tbsp liquid sweetener
Instructions
Pour protein powder, cottage cheese/yogurt, FlavDrops, and liquid sweetener into a blender. Blend till smooth.
Pour half of your mixture into a ramekin.
Crush one wafer and place on top. Drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
Pour the remaining cottage cheese mixture into the ramekin and place crushed wafer/chocolate sauce on top.
Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes before serving!
