These Chocolate Strawberry Protein Breakfast Brownies by @strictlythriving
are macro-friendly and provide a sweet treat that'll get you up in the morning, or any time of day.

Made with strawberries and chocolate chips, they're rich in flavor and satisfyingly soft.

Plus you can easily modify the recipe to make them plant based. Let's check it out.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 scoop Soy Protein Isolate (sub with other vegan/whey protein OR extra oats + 1 tbsp sweetener)
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp sweetener
  • 5-6 drops FlavDrops
  • 1/2 cup soy/Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg or 1 chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water)
  • 1-2 tbsp plant/dairy milk (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
  • chocolate chips

Instructions

1.

Pour all of your ingredients into a bowl or blender except for the chocolate chips, strawberries, and milk. Blend till smooth. If your mixture is too thick, gradually add in milk.

2.

Pour your batter into a baking dish. Add the chocolate chips and strawberries on top.

3.

Bake for 15-20 minutes in a 350F/180C preheated oven. Enjoy!
