If you're looking to learn more about the Baltimore Ravens' newest wide receiver, Zay Flowers, say no more.

We drove around with the young athlete and Myprotein ambassador to ask him our top-hitting 21 questions— Let's see what he had to say.

1. Do you have a pre-game ritual?
Zay Flowers

I keep Sour Patch Kids on me—I have to have sour patches on me. I also keep four pictures—one of my uncle, my mom, my brother, and the bible verse I have tattooed on my arm. And I listen to my brother's song, and then I go out and play the game.

2. What was your "welcome to the NFL" moment?

It happened to one of my teammates, but it felt like it happened to me because he got hit so hard. He got hit on his waist in a game and then picked up and tossed off by an opposing player. At that moment, I felt like, we're really in the NFL now.

3. What's your go-to pre-game meal?

Wings, burgers, and Sour Patch Kids.

4. What's your go-to post-game meal?

The same thing.

5. What was it like walking out onto the Ravens' Stadium for the first time?

I honestly didn't know how to react, I just ended up doing a dance that my brother used to do, the one who passed away. He used to do this dance called "jump out the jet". So when I went out, I did it and then just took off running. I didn't want to look around because I knew I was going to be in shock.

6. What's your favorite song at the moment?

Fear of God by Skilla Baby.

7. Who's the best NFL player at the moment?

Tyreek Hill.

8. If you could add one drill to the combine, what would it be?
Zay Flowers

That's a good question. I don't know.

9. If you could remove one skill, what would it be?

The three cone shuttle drills. If you quit, you quit.

10. What's your favorite exercise?

Squats.

11. What's your favorite thing to do on rest day?

Watch movies and eat popcorn and candy.

12. What's the hardest thing you've ever done?

The assault bike. I wish they never made those.

13. Who has the best pre-game 'fits?

Odell's got some tough ones, Stefon Diggs's got some tough ones, and I'm going to start coming through with some tough ones. Right now I'm just warming up.

14. What's the first thing you do after a win?

Watch a movie and chill at the crib.

15. What's the first thing you do after a loss?

I probably think about what I did wrong in that loss.

16. What player did you look up to when you were younger?

I liked Steve Smith and Antonio Brown.

17. Who talks the most trash on the team?

Marcus Williams, the safety.

18. Stiff arm or juke?

Juke, every time. It would take no talent to stiff arm.

19. Who's your spotter in the weight room?

Sean Ryan, we call him Shiz.

20. Who's someone you wouldn't want to spot?
Zay Flowers

I wouldn't want to spot Sean.

21. If you could bring back one Ravens legend to have on the current roster, who would it be?

I'm not going to lie, I'm bringing back Ed Reed. I would say Ray Lewis but we have one like Ray. Ed Reed can do anything.

Take Home Message

Zay brings hard work and a whole lot of personality into everything he does. He made history this season and we can't wait to see what's in store next.
