4Good pre, not l worth the money. Average pump and energy. Caffeine beads taste horrible and don’t do much.

Worst thing I ever tasted
1The thought of having to drink this every morning is enough to put someone off the workout schedule. The most disgusting taste EVER !! I am surprised how the same company that makes MY Whey so tasteful can deliver a product so unpalatable. It does not mix at all and leaves the globules for the disgusting after taste. For a taste so bad, it should deliver results intended but it fails there too. Its a complete fail !

It's Really Good
5First off, this pre-workout is so much better than a lot of the brands that I had been taking prior to this one. Both SixStar and PerfectSports don't compete with the level of ability that this pre-workout can give, I also feel the effects within 5 min of taking it. It may sound like an exaggeration, but it's not. The only problem I have with this is one: The tiny little green beads that are left as residue from the mix inside my bottle, but it's not a huge problem. Second: The price is ridiculously high in comparison to other brands. For example, SixStar's pre-workout that you can get at a pharmacy has almost the same effect for a lower price. The difference is the fact that you feel more cognitively enhanced with this one, and you don't get a crash after taking it as I have with the other two. The taste is phenomenal (as I love orange mango), and I felt strong and endurant when taking it. Make sure to watch the caffeine intake on this one as it has 300mg of it. Take in moderation (No two scooping). TL: DR It's a good pre-workout compared to other brands in both taste, and almost in the mixture. Good pump, good endurance, no crash and feels good. The only problem is the price, too high for my liking.Goes Well With:Water, creatine. I like to take it by itself.

Amazing pump and energy
5VASO6 helps to give an amazing pump and the caffeine beads help a lot with spacing out caffeine absorption that way it doesn’t hit all at once. I’ve never had a caffeine crash with this pre and I highly recommend it over the top brands you see on the internet

Great Pre Workout
5Awesome pre workout; no hard crash after; only negative is there are several green pellets that do not mix and are a bit of a challenge to get from the bottom of a cup after drinking. Overall, great performance enhancer.

Not what I imagined.
3So I bought this preworkout to try something different other than my c4 ultimate. It would seem this preworkout is “grainy” or “chunky” when you do mix it giving it a low rating for taste and texture for me. Also didn’t feel as much”go go” as I have with c4 ultimate.

Good preworkout
5It gave me great focus even after being done with my workout! I started feeling tingles within 5 minutes of taking it and felt energetic! Goes Well With:Water

Does the job
5Great pre-workout if you can get it on one of the many sales they always have going on. I mainly power lift and would recommend.Goes Well With:Creatine

Pre workout+
4It's pretty good product I get great energy and concentration from it and my muscle don't feel like they get fatigued while lifting. However a little disappointed in the pump. I normally use the pump pre workout wich gives me great pumps and is half the price of this pre workout. Overall good product however would rather use pump for half the price.

Sour gummie flavor
5Taste is great, mixes easy and gives a great sustained boost for your workout. Does create a bit of an urgency to head to the loo for me (maybe half scoop to start lol).Goes Well With:Ahhh water!
