Decent pre
4I have had a mix of pre-workouts before this one. This one didn’t give me that tingly feeling that others do, but I prefer it that way. I did notice a change in focus and performance which aligns with its purpose. The taste of the rocket pop version was surprisingly good. It did mix into water pretty good, which I found can be inconsistent in other pre workouts. Overall, it’s a pretty quality pre that delivers what it’s advertised to achieve.

Decent product
3Rocket pop has a decent flavor and gives me a good kick after about 15 mins. However, they fail to list all the ingredients online. This contains “Mica Powder” on my label which basically makes it sparkle and does nothing for the pre. Not sure why it needs to sparkle or why it’s not listed online.

The pre workout
5Solid preworkout at a great price if you get it on sale which myprotrein does often. Depending on the workout I may only use one scoop so it's an excellent value. Taste is good very light good pump and energy will be a staple. I only have tried rocket pop.

Just right for me
5I had stronger ones in the past, but this pre workout is just about right for me. I drink it right before going to the gym about 3 PM. Starting effective quite fast, staying focus, pushing my muscles to the edge and last about an hour, not effecting my sleeping at all.

Nail polish
1Why is this product glistening like nail polish? I find this very offputting and it does not seem natural at all for a drink to look like this. I left it untouched in my bottle for a day and after dumping it, the glitter appearance was left on the bottle. I can only imagine what it is doing to my guts. I am upset with this product thoroughly.

Not up to the mark
1I ordered two flavors Pineapple Mango and Caribbean Punch (Mike and Ike). Both taste awful like a cough syrup. Other than minor itching I never felt any pump or stimulant like feeling. I feel black coffee works far better than this pre-workout. I would not recommend these to anyone. For me, it was a waste of money.

Not for everybody
2This pre-workout definitely works, but it makes my skin crawl and tingle. This product is definitely not for everybody. It can also limit my ability to sleep at night.

The pre-workout
5The Pineapple and Mango Pre workout is actually very good , at first you won’t like it but when you will take the pre workout the 2ed or 3ed time you will actually start liking it. I prefer mixing it water rather than a dry scoop because i think it works best like that . So far I will say it’s a must try .Goes Well With:Water
