highly recommend!!
5obviously this isn't some crazy flavorful dream protein powder but this is one of my favourites for sure!! mixability is perfect (i love mixing w greek yogurt and adding some flavdrops) and taste when sweetener is added is perfect for me!! i like things pretty sweet :) i recommend the chocolate over the vanilla because vanilla had a bit of a fake taste to it and chocolate even tho it smelled interesting tasted great! overall awesome for the price!!Goes Well With:greek/coconut yogurt + flavdrops protein pancakes

My favorite protein
5This has been my go to protein for the past year and a half and it never disappoints. I love mixing it with almond milk, splash of water, oatmeal peanut butter and various fruits and blend in either a blender, magic bullet or ninja and it comes out amazing. Definitely don’t recommend shakers it won’t even mix your shake since the protein is somewhat chalky but honestly what protein isn’t. Easy my stomach and my hormones. 12/10 Goes Well With:Almond milk Peanut butter Fruits Water

Reminds me of my favorite mint chocolate
5I love everything that combines mint and chocolate and I got exactly what I expected!! It takes a while to mix it into water but if you shake it and let it sit for a minute or so it works just fine for me. It is not to sweet for me and I love mixing it into yoghurt or just drink it as a shake with water. Goes Well With:Water, Greek yoghurt, chia pudding, oatmeal

Perfect for my protein needs

Recommend Brown Rice Instead
3This is not a bad protein, but I would highly recommend the Brown Rice version over this one. The soy protein powder does not mix as well, and the taste is a little bit chalky. Not a bad option cost or effectiveness-wise, but if you are looking for a vegan protein powder and can afford the brown rice or another blend instead, I would recommend doing that.Goes Well With:Overnight oats and protein pancakes.

This is bad
3Some problem when mixing this powder with any liquid, they agglomerate into ~1mm paticle, and within the particle the powder does not dissolve. Taste really bad. Also, I got my package on 12/2022, but it expire on 04/2023.

Mocha is tasty, watch the sodium
4I bought the mocha flavour and like the taste (after getting used to it a bit initially). I mix it with instant coffee, a generous amount of water, and a bit of soy milk in the morning. It mixes pretty well with only the occasional lump. The other day I noticed the sodium content is high, though - higher than is listed on the website. The site lists 220mg of sodium for 30g of protein powder, while my package lists 480mg of sodium for 40g of protein powder. That's a lot of sodium! I will probably look to find an alternative with less sodium rather than repurchasing.

Get a good flavor
4Considering price and volume its pretty great. Things to note are the unflavored’s mixability and smell - both were horrible after a month or so even after moving it to a plastic jug (which myprotein doesn’t seem to do btw). But the other flavors I’ve gotten have all been fine and well worth it, especially with True Nutrition recently raising their prices like crazy.

Bad taste
2Chocolate mint tastes horrible. Macros are very good, but I can’t just can’t even seem to chug the stuff without gaggingGoes Well With:Milk was slightly better than water
