Excellent
5I have been purchasing and using "My Protein Micellar Casein" for more than 4 month now. It is an excellent, high quality protein. It mixes effortlessly, tastes great and seems to work well. Although I have not been able to work out for the past month, due to a "separated shoulder (AC joint), I continue to take it in the morning for breakfast. I mix it with "My Protein Instant Oats" and add L-Carnitine and L-Theanine to it. As with all "My Protein" products, it is of above average quality.Goes Well With:My Protein Instant Oats

Great stuff
5Got the chocolate flavor and the texture's a bit chalky but it tastes good. This mixes fine w/almond milk or water if you do it long enough (haven't tried it with milk, however). I always get intense cravings at night or between meals and this does the trick, especially with some psyllium husk. Haven't gotten any indigestion or anything.. that really depends on the person. Definitely buying more in the future, and this is the cheapest, quality casein I've found online.Goes Well With:H20, milk, almond milk, etc

Cheap protein
1I can always tell when a protein is poorly manufactured or sourced because it gives me indigestion. If you're getting indigestion that means your body isn't breaking down the protein or using it, or isn't able to. Granted, I'm more sensitive to lactose etc, but quality proteins won't have excess lactose and the proteins won't be cooked to powder if done right. I have found several trustworthy brands that don't give me any indigestion issues. The sign that this protein was going to be some cheap stuff (probably drywall from China) is that it says "internationally sourced." The taste is OK and when mixed it does create a foam at the top. I'd say the casein tastes a lot more "dry wall" like texture than other quality brand proteins that have a more smooth and thick taste. I also noticed there are small slimy gobs in the protein after mixing. I definitely will not be purchasing this protein again and will ask for a refund. Listen to your body, not marketing/PR.

Good stuff
5I like this stuff a lot - great quality and taste when mixed with water. At first I didn't like mixability, creates a lot of foam at the top. The way I've curbed this is by adding half a scoop of Whey to my nighttime casein shake, and now the foam is gone.Goes Well With:Water

Some of the best casein out there
5Overall I have to give this 5 stars, comparatively speaking that is. I have tried many caseins out there and the superior taste of this coupled with the above average mixability really puts it up there at the top. Taste -- I have the vanilla, it tastes amazing. I don't even feel that I am drinking protein. Mixability -- 4 stars because if I mix with the desired 8 oz of milk it is still a tad grainy. However, the fact that I can mix this in my blender bottle instead of in a blender every night is amazing. If you plan on using a blender for your shakes I'm thinking you'll find this to be 5-star mixable. Effectiveness -- Hard to judge this one, but I think 4 stars on effectiveness is fair. 4/5 nights that I take this right before bed I won't be hungry in the morning. Making reasonable gains, although not purely attributable to this product. If you're looking for a casein to try, you can't go wrong with this.Goes Well With:Milk, whey protein.

Natural Chocolate
4Never had casein before but this has a chalkier texture than whey. Have tried mixing with water and milk and unfortunately it really clumps up. Taste is fine but I don't like getting big globs of protein. Guess I need a shaker cup for this.

Excellent Slow Digesting Protein
5i prefer to make my own protein shakes and make sure they are clinically up to standard. As for casein , most people do not understand that this is a slow digesting protein which can be taken suspended in water and or milk ( considering its milk based). I appreciate the care and time MYPROTEIN has taken into making sure this tastes good without fillers or added nonsense. I use this in my oatmeal as well and it keeps me during a long day or during the night time. I've only used it for approximately two weeks however, i am seeing results in the effect of maintaining lean muscle mass. I truly appreciate this product and would buy it again and recommend it to those who cannot tolerate whey protein due to digestive issues like myself. Goes Well With:creatine ( Creapure) beef protein isolate AKG BCAA's

Great Stuff
5Brought this to mix with my whey protein. I take my blend of protein after a workout and every night before bed. Within a few weeks, my muscles were looking bigger and leaner. Try this if your protein per day is insufficient.
