Just Barely above mediocre
3The taste of this protein is very mild compared to impact whey isolate (flavors were matched, so that wasn't the issue). The texture is thicker, which isn't too much of an issue; but, despite using a blender, the shake is still very grainy.Goes Well With:Almond Milk

Tears up my stomach
1Does not mix well in water, coconut milk, or almond milk unless I use a blender. This product also messes my stomach up. Wish I had bought a smaller bag to test out Plus the “Natural Vanilla” still has Sucralose. Not a fan.

Good flavor but foamy
4I have the vanilla, it has great flavor but is very foamy when shaken with water, I haven't tried anything else other than water. Goes Well With:Water

Doesn't Mix Well
2My wife and I have been using whey protein in our shakes every morning and after hearing the benefits of casein protein vs whey, we wanted to make the switch since casein seem to fit more in line of our goals vs whey. Well the particular product is a big fail. We tried it in our blender and it basically made vanilla pudding. I thought maybe I was the problem, that I wasn't blending right. Wrong. This product is almost un-mixable. I tried it with water and milk. I tried it with 8, 12, and 16 ounces of both liquids. Every time it turned into a thick milkshake/pudding. Don't waste your money. Goes Well With:Nothing

My Pre-Sleep Snack
5This stuff is smooth and delicious. It helps to curb late-night hunger, so I don't binge on fats or sugary carbs. On a non-training day, when eating less, it's good to mix-in with oatmeal and be full for longer.Goes Well With:Nut butter, warm water

Great for sludge and frozen treats
5Highly recommend this protein. It goes well with water, almond milk, and ice. I have been using this nightly since I purchased it around a month ago and really enjoy making it into tasty desserts. I highly recommend you check out recipes for this and enjoy it.Goes Well With:Everything so far. It mixes great with a whisk or fork.

Great Taste
4I was looking for a protein that would keep me full for longer. Switching from whey to casein so far has proven to be the right choice. The flavour is great, although I've never had any issues with the brands flavours before. Mixabilty and texture are both positive. I mix with 16oz of water and have not experienced any clumping or glooping which I read can be an issue with Casein. Only negative would be that the texture is a little grainy compared to whey protein. Goes Well With:Milk, water, and smothies

5Great shake to start your day! I consume 1 shake every morning on the way to work. Keeps me full till lunch ( I've had a sleeve gastroeconomy ) and provides the protein needed to keep up with the hussle at work. Mixes very easily with either a ninja blender ( single cup ) or in a mixing cup with mixing ball. Separates alittle if made the night before, but shakes up quickly. Perfect consistency with whole milk, on the thicker side with soy. Chocolate smoothie flavour similar to that of a Wendy's frosty, albit a lighter taste.Goes Well With:Milk, soy milk

tastes great
5I love the taste of the smooth chocolate flavor. Usually with casein you get a thick consistency and sometimes awful taste and it's hard to take down, but this one has the consistency of a slightly thicker protein shake and I mean only slightly thicker which is awesome and It tastes as good as a protein shake too. It blends easier than any other casein I've used. To blend I'm just using a blender bottle spring and an mason jar. Goes Well With:water
