Tasty & Satisfying
5A nice night-time protein. Tastes pretty good and it’s filling enough that I’m not tempted to snack. If I were in charge I’d give the Cookies & Cream flavor a bit more chocolate; it’s not bad by any means, just kind of generically sweet. Like any casein, it foams up a lot when mixed in a shaker, so I’ll usually mix it with a spoon, adding the water in installments. It takes a few minutes but it gets the job done. Goes Well With:Water, milk, yogurt

Great value and taste
5First time purchasing a Casein Protein. Love it. I'm developing a high protein yogurt based icing. The Casein with Myprotein Iso makes a delicious healthy treat that mixes well and tastes like you are cheating on your diet! Awesome Casein
5This is definitely one of the best casein protein powders I have ever had. I got the cookies and cream flavor, and, for me, it checks off all of the boxes I care about. It tastes good, mixes well, has a great nutrition profile, and the price was fantastic. Goes Well With:Water, milk, almond milk

Cookies & Cream vs. Chocolate Smooth
4I got the cookies & cream (C&C) first because I’m a C&C lover. I would give it a 7/10 for taste. The powder was VERY messy. I just bought chocolate smooth to try something new, and I think it’s the better choice. Chocolate smooth mixes smoother than C&C did, plus it’s not as messy. I mix chocolate smooth in water and it tastes like a chocolate milkshake. The casein doesn’t taste as good as the Impact Whey, but it’s definitely useful.Goes Well With:Water, milk

Great Taste and thickens nicely
5I mix this for the night with my oats and some yogurt. Has a great taste and keeps me full over night and when I wake up I am ready for my workout.Goes Well With:Oats and Yogurt

Great Taste, Solid Protein
5Incredibly light, mixes alright, little sweet but not overwhelming. We got Cookies & Cream and it's definitely creamy more than cookie, but I'm ok with the flavor. The challenge (similar to any casein) is it foams up so much when you use a mixer bottle its hard to tell if it's completely mixed. I usually do a 50/50 or 75/25 split on my liquids to make sure I get any residual protein out of the bottle. So if I plan on a 12oz serving I'll do 8 or 9 ounces on the first drink, then remix with 3-4 more ounces to clean out the bottle. Seems to work well, and for the price it is definitely our go-to protein.Goes Well With:Milk, water, any meal of the day as a "dessert"

Awesome Casein Protein
5I have tried many different slow-acting and casein proteins. This is by far the best one I have used. It is filling, aids in recovery and tastes great.
