It takes a couple days to get accustomed to the taste because it’s kind of different. Once you get used to the taste it actually tastes really good. They are very much so, worth the cost

Weight lost on these cookies... READ to find out how

Overall:

This protein cookie is so good considering the fact that they are packed with protein... many protein bars actually taste pretty bad.. The Myprotein protein cookie satisfies just like a regular cookie... except you know it's much more than any regular cookie. Stop all the pill popping and wearing yourself out at the gym. Any successful weight loss regimen requires lots of protein and small to no portions of carbs. I recommend, MyProtein Protein cookies. They are packed with protein and has enough calories to satisfy your food craving. I also know that consuming protein instead of carbs will keep you satisfied longer. I said all that, to say this, I replaced one, sometimes two meals a day with a protein cookie. Sometimes I have a MyProtein protein shake for breakfast, a good nutritious (not diet portions, much as I want, within limits) late lunch. Drink plenty of water all day, it helps keep you satisfied. Then when I'm hungry again I have a protein cookie and take my multi-vitamins. By now you see what I'm getting at. I lost 8 pounds of fat in about 6 weeks. It has stayed off even though I sometimes eat the sugar filled foods and high calorie foods with saturated fats. The key is to only go off your regimen nor more than once a week. You need all this protein when trying to loose weight so you'll loose body fat while maintaining your muscle mass. You don't want your face or any other part to get all droopy from loosing the fat. Right? You want to maintain your body tone. Yes I go off track some because if there's cake, I want a piece. Pizza? Only once a month if any at all. I snake on popcorn if I'm hungry just before bed or you can have one half of a protein cookie. My popcorn is Pop Weaver's extra butter. Yep! Never any alcohol, chips, sugary cereal, and generally no bread, but sometimes I may eat a hot dog or have Subway sandwich. Gee! I didn't realize I had so much to say. Most people probably won't even get to this point... Lol. Oh, and yes I've tried many pills including Garcinia Cambogia and BioTrust's Leptiburn. So I gave it some thought and came up with my own weight loss regimen. You don't want to starve yourself so stay hydrated. Have a sweet drink if you'd like once in a while. You don't need a bunch of calories in any one day, you're just used to thinking sub-consciously that you're suppose to have 3 meals a day plus snacks. That's way more food than your body will burn in a day. You won't starve from eating only one full meal a day. Your body will soon adjust and start telling your brain, I'm not hungry so I'm not going to eat. Have a non-alcoholic low sugar drink or to do better, have a nice cold glass of water. Did you know you can live longer with water than you can with food. Our body needs that water. So as you can see, as long as you're feeding water to your body you will live. Conclusion: Give this methodology a chance. It works for me. MyProtein's protein cookies has enough good ingredients to eat instead of your usual high fat high calorie, high carb meal. You just have to show your body that you don't need all that food in your stomach. MyProtein cookies and shakes are all you need. You're feeding your body vital nutrients by having a shake or protein cookie instead of snacking on a bag of chips or doughnut. Oh! My favorite flavor is the white almond, then the chocolate orange and last the chocolate chip.

I'm hooked

Overall:

Okay, so these are not going to taste like a regular ol' cookie - but those macros can't be beat. I already like the taste of most protein bars but I loathe protein powder (unless it's in pancakes). In my mind they are way better than drinking a protein shake, and great for a treat on the go that's still macro friendly. I don't have to worry about carting around a blender bottle and refrigerating it. I can just throw some in my car, my gym bag, take a box for snacks on trips, etc. The double chocolate and the chocolate orange are mediocre in my opinion - the white chocolate almond seems to have more moisture and is my favorite. Heat one up and eat with halo top ice cream.

Good for the Money, Dont Expect to Crave These..

Macro nutrient wise these cookies cant be beat. Competing with drinking a protein shake made with water in a Carbs : Fat : Protein ratio. But the cost of such a balance can be found in the taste of this product. These are dry cookies. Not much for sweetness or flavor at all. Mild hint of chocolate, unlike similarly priced Quest bars. The cookies are also severely lacking fiber also unlike Quest bars. But Quest does not have the same level of protein content as it is a smaller bar.

Water, seriously don't drink these with milk. Also, microwaving them isn't a bad idea.

If they replaced flour with sawdust to make these, I would call that an improvement. While I wasn't expecting it to taste like a Toll House, these are more like a have to toil house. They taste terrible. As for effectiveness, I don't really know because they taste so bad I've only had a couple. If you're looking for a treat to get your protein move on.

Not What I Was Hoping

I bought these cookies hoping that they would be comparable to Lenny and Larry's Complete Cookies, but I was disappointed. Great for getting in a lot of protein, but not quite the taste that I was hoping for.

Better than a Protein Bar

I recently bought the Chocolate Chocolate Chip after hearing about the protein cookies from @megsquats on YouTube. The Macro's are amazing and the taste is delicious! I enjoyed them more than any protein bar I have had and the macro's were better too. Yes, you can taste that it is a protein based product a little, no more than any other high protein snack. However, you microwave them for about 12 seconds and they are right up there with fresh baked cookies. My wife loved them and I split one between my 2 young daughters; I could actually be happy handing them a cookie. The kids thought is was a great treat! So many applications from a quick fix snack after a gym session to just a snack that is macro friendly any time.

Double Chocolate Cookie

Overall:

This cookie was pretty good for a protein cookie. I enjoyed it a lot more than most protein cookies. There was a slight gritty texture, but it wasn't a turn off. The macro profile is amazing!! It is packed with protein, making it an optimal choice for people with rigid macros, or with high protein diets. The chocolate cookie is nice and soft on its own, but I find it most enjoyable once it's microwaved. If you do decide to microwave it, I recommend doing it in 10 second intervals. If you over microwave it, it will burn and turn into a brick. Enjoy!!!
Goes Well With:
As meal replacement or just a snack. Easy to fit into macros
