It’s the best protein brownie that I tasted, it tastes the same as the regular brownies at Walmart, its 280 calories each so if you’re trying to bulk this is awesome for you if you eat 2-3 of these before or after work out. If you’re trying to cut you can eat this on your cheat days or times😏Goes Well With:Black coffee (no sugar), milk and tea.
