Dissapointed at misleading Pre WO dose

1st review here. I love Myprotein products. Great stuff, variety, and deals. I was dssapointed (at myself too) for the pre workout directions. It says 3 scoops per serving for a total of 10 servings. First time I tried it it seemed like it was too much, but I was dumb to disregard it. Right after taking it I felt weak, and my stomach reminded me in the next few hrs of how much I took. The directions pretty much tripled what it should be, so be careful.
