Convenience and Efficient
3It has BCAA , creatine, and everything that you need to power through your workout. I was orginally taking BCAA during my workout and creatine aftwards but I found this to be munch more convenient. I now just take this and keep my workouts under an hour. The grape is my favorite flavor and I had them all. I've been through at least 7 bottles and its still effective.Goes Well With:With water or without.

great pre product
4as soon as I started taking this pre it has been a great addition to my workouts it provides me with that great energy burst that you need as well as that pump to make your workouts way better and make you go on for a lot more time. I found that flavor to be really good as well, but there are some flavors that don't really taste as well. the price is really great for such a good product. Goes Well With:water,

4Taste wasn't great, and effectiveness was OK. That said, I never use the total dosage (that is, 2 scoops), so if you do, I'm sure you will get more out of it.Goes Well With:Pre Workout

5Im in love with the fact that they list all their ingredients without any hidden amounts in a "proprietary blend." Taste is kind of tart for me, but I could care less about the taste if im just trying to go lift. Pump 10/10 Energy 10/10 No jitters, perfect preGoes Well With:Water

Pre workout
4I've used this preworkout for the past couple of weeks. This is only the second preworkout that I have used for an extended period of time. Overall I would say that it seems to be pretty good. If you can get it on sale it is a good buy. I feel pretty good when I take it and don't have the jittery, over the top, heart is about to come out of my chest feeling. I do usually have a slight tingling feeling about 15 minutes after taking it, but this feeling goes away after a few minutes. I am using the lemon lime flavor and have to say that I don't really care for the taste. It is easily drinkable though and is far from the worse thing I've ever had. I also don't like the food dye that they put in it and wish that they would remove it from the product.
