5I had been searching for a versatile casein/whey protein powder blend that would be good for bedtime or post workout. My Protein milk protein powder fits the bill perfect and taste great. All my workouts are first thing in the morning, so consuming this product at bedtime the night prior to workout leaves me some energy in the tank for the next morning with the action of the casein. Then as a post workout shake it delivers the whey for immediate absorption then the slower release of the casein keeps me satisfied to make it through to lunch. Great product, great price a new pantry staple.Goes Well With:Oatmeal, ice, water.

Pretty Good!!
4Definitely different than the other casein protein I've had. Very effective when it comes to appetite suppressant. Steady flow of protein ,would definitely recommend.. A little on the sandy side as far as texture when mixed is concerned, but overall a pretty good supplement...Goes Well With:2% milk ,crushed ice, and water.

5I bought the unflavored powder and love it! It mixes great with oatmeal and makes for a great protein-rich post-workout breakfast (topped with fruit and peanut butter, of course). I want to try baking with it soon. The best part about this powder is the great price. 5Great product. Neutral taste, very low cholesterol (less than 1% daily value per serving), high in calcium (60% dv), zero fat, only 2g sugar, mixes well, and cents-per-gram, its probably the cheapest casein based product ive found online. Imagine powdered milk, but without the sweet malty taste (unflavored). My only complaints are that it didnt come with a serving scoop (ive dug through the bag with my hands and havent found one yet anyway), and the packaging was quite banged up and at least one bag leaked slightly. Still, its a great bang for the buck when its on sale and id recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap slow digesting proteinGoes Well With:Anything

5Love the taste. What I do is that I mix the powder with 100ml of water, so It is creamy instead of liquid... So good...
