Milk Protein Smooth:Banana
5It tastes pretty good and mixes really well, I haven't ever gotten a clump. I would r eccomend mixing with milk instead of water, it gives it a really cool yellow color too. Goes Well With:Milk, Frozen Banana, and Sugar Free Pudding Mix

Gain Weight
4The Milk Protein Smooth Chocolate, for me, is a weight gainer. I am able to start a regiment of Milk Protein and gain weight within 2-3 days. I usually have a shake in the morning prior to workout, then again just before bed. Only thing negative, it does not dissolve well, no matter the liquid. Almond Milk is about the best that I have found to dissolve the powder.

Love this stuff
5Good taste, awesome price. I used to use MuscleTech's platinum casein, but after seeing MP's price, I'm probably not going back! I use this at night before bed, either mixed with greek yogurt or as a waffle (thank me later) and it's perfect! Recipe for the waffle (or pancakes): 1 scoop Milk Protein Smooth 1 whole egg 1/2 tsp baking powder ...and that's it!Goes Well With:Greek yogurt, beltsander br

Good stuff
5This protein powder is great and has good macros. The taste is good but it is a little more difficult to mix than whey. It's easy with a shaker bottle or blender but impossible with a spoon.Goes Well With:water milk

Great Alternative Protein
4The milk protein smooth Vanilla is very light tasting. It's not too sweet at all and not too thick. It does get very foamy when shaken using only water.

Great nighttime protein
5I use this protein to make a shake before bed and it's been working great. I got the unflavored and use the flavor drops to change my flavor each night. Does have a tiny bit of a chalky taste but nothing that's unbearable.

Grow up! Do it for the PROTEIN
5So I follow Stoppani's workouts all the time and buy his pre workout. However, as many of you know, his line it's the most expensive. Studies show protein blends are best for gains. So his protein is a blend of casein, milk protein, whey, and egg. Well, Protein Smooth is the natural ratio of protein when it comes to casein and whey, so who knows with the China Study on casein and all that stuff, you might be better off just taking this natural ratio 80% casein to 20% whey, and still be super anabolic, slow, and fast release. So your missing mid time release? Grow up! Learn how to boil an egg and eat it! As far as flavour, it's great! Also, grow up, you're not a kid anymore as far as taste. Mixability: Don't shake it too much otherwise you'll get foam from the casein that won't go away. You don't need to shake like crazy. Any casein protein will alway feel a bit grainy or whatever, even blends. PRICE? You can't go wrong. It's very similar to Projym Smores, without the marshmallows of course. Simply put, it's cheap, affordable... awesome flavour! Goes Well With:water, milk, Jym workouts, as hot chocolate drink at bedtime!
