5I haven't used it long enough to entirely see its effectiveness but it's pure glutamine and a great price, what more would you want? I got it unflavored and it mixes well in my shakes

Great for Recovery
5Love including glutamine in my protein after hard days, notice with a good night of rest I'm refreshed, recovered & ready to train again the next day & put in another hard day in the gym. if you are consistently breaking down muscle, doing multiple sessions a day, i highly recommend adding a pouch of Myprotein glutamine to your cupboard, mixes easily with impact protein, and you'll feel the benefits.

5L Glutamine - tried it and love it . I like that it mixes well and tasteless, mix with my protein shake and good to go!. I've noticed that im aching less and helps with muscle recovery after a good hard work out. Goes Well With:Water, juice or in a protein shake.
