5I added Glutamine back into my supplement array after a couple years without it. Glutamine is a pretty basic product so it's hard to rave about it. The truth is, this glutamine product was the easiest to mix that I've ever used. It literally disappears. Secondly, the unflavored is actually unflavored! You can mix it in anything without that baking soda taste and beach sand grit of other brands. All in all, a top notch product from myprotein.com Goes Well With:Pre-workout, post workout protein, and before bed protein.

5Perfect to take preworkout on an empty stomach while intermittent fasting. I mix it with BCAAs and crystal light (to mask the taste).

5If you are one who actually likes to supplement with glutamine, this company's version is just as good as anyone else's, and it is usually on some sort of sale. It mixes well with everything and aids in growth and recovery indirectly by increasing nutritional efficiency via healing of the gut lining. I don't go to the gym without it.

5The value is great! It kind of has a smell to it. However, I use it along with the Impact Whey Isolate so it doesn't affect the taste of my protein shakes or smoothies. My immune system has been strong since using it. Highly recommend if you train everyday and prone to catching a cold.Goes Well With:Shakes, Smoothies
