I use the IPB after my workouts and have been very happy overall. I use the Vanilla flavor which is really smooth and delicious. In terms of effect I really feel like I can see the results in both strength and size. Recommend this for everyone who takes their training seriously!

Great protein content, great flavors, great product at an insane price. Not going to beat this anywhere else on the web. I also like the blend of Whey Isolate and Concentrate
