5The capsules are large but easy to swallow with water. No oily fish taste. I prefer to only take one per day but it is suggested to take two to three.

4Just what the label says. I bough this to increase my intake of healthy fats. This supplement does what its supposed to do. The only thing I don't like about it is that the amount of omega-3's is relatively low. You have to take 2-3 a day to get up to the recommended daily value of omega-3'sGoes Well With:water

Great Quality Fish Oil
5I used to take fish oil and daily vitamins with my meals when I started hitting the gym hard. I believe they really helped me by making me feel more awake and full of energy throughout the day with work and school as well. 5Started taking three of them every day and have noticed significant improvement in my joints. Use to have knee discomfort after squats and Olympic lifts, but this has definitely helped alleviate that. Very cheap and affordable too.Goes Well With:Water
