4Feel a lot less sore the day after a workout. Since taking it I’ve noticed a subtle increase in performance at the gym being able to push that “last rep”. It mixes adequately but in drinks can still be a bit granular.

Love it
5First time taking Creatine (unflavoured) and I put a scoop of this in my strawberry protein smoothie. Have definitely noticed extra energy by adding the Creatine and will hopefully see the gains from this! Great product

5I have no issues with this product works well, just don’t get unflavoured as it’s not the best tasting flavour.

What a difference
5My partner and I were just using protein but after adding this to our shakes it’s made such a difference. I can’t comment on everybody's experience but we are both quite skinny and find it hard to bulk and this has just made everything so much easier. We just add the unflavoured powder to our normal protein shakes. Going to try a flavoured one next.

5This was the first creatine that I have tried and I got it in the blue raspberry flavour, I fully recommend, as it tastes amazing and I began to see results after a week or so.

Mixes well
5I have unflavoured and mix it with water and a fruit collagen supplement. It mixes really well. Can’t comment on effectiveness as only been taking for 2 weeks
