5Easily mixable (I usually just scoop unflavored version straight into my mouth with some water) and I have definitely noticed fuller looking muscles. Strength has increased since using, but maybe it's placebo, but who cares. It's working for me!Goes Well With:Whey protein shake, water

5This is my third time using myprotein products and they are great!!! this creatine works well after of before my workouts, and the most important of all it has the necesary grams to help me recover from my workouts and built muscle. Most of the products I have bought in the past have like around 30 or 60 servings and they are way more expensive than this one, so this products is a thousand times better!!!!!!
