Decent creatine
4Chalky taste in the back of throat. got water melon flavor i dont like it but is was cheap so its all good. i mix this with my bcaa works nicely Goes Well With:water

5Fantastic taste, mixing is easy, size will keep you stocked for a while, and the effectiveness is almost immediate. I start seeing the water retention within 30 minutes before a workout and feel the added energy burst through the my whole 45 minute workout. Good quality, bland taste
4The creatine works very well, as a creatine is meant to. The taste is slightly bland though, and with only 4 Oz of water it can get very sweet. But it's bland flavor mixes well with protein.
