5The flavor I used was Watermelon and it tasted good for 2 days until i got sick of the flavor, it's most likely my preference. I bought 2.2 lbs of it making it a bit harder to drink at the end of it, Personally i would recommend buying a smaller amount of a flavor you're unsure about or get unflavored and mix it with a preferable juice or drink. The best part of taking creatine is how much it helps with building muscle or strength. This creatine did just that, i made great progress and will continue to use creatine mono-hydrate. Make sure you drink 1 gallon of water everyday taking it, it will become much easier to get in a gallon after a week or so. If you take it correctly you'll gain about 10 pounds or water weight throughout your muscles. Great supplement company will definitely buy from again. Goes Well With:Water, most importantly consistency

5This is DELICIOUS!!!!!! I love the taste and I love what it does after my workout. I feel more energized and I am still sore but not to where I can't walk (like I used to be). It taste amazing and is an all around worthy product. I was skeptical of taking it, but I'm glad I do. I only take it every other week after I workout. It makes you retain water so I sometimes take a water pill as well. Goes Well With:Water. The lemon-lime flavor is sweet (better than any sports drink) so I just like to mix with water.

Great Creatine!
5Wow, this stuff is truly awesome. The powder it comes in is super fine. The flavoring isn't overpowering. I got watermelon and I guess I would say that it tastes like watermelon juice. Will be buying in bigger quantities in the future!Goes Well With:Water, juices

4From day one I definitely felt the effectiveness of this both inside and outside the gym. My lifts went from the usual 5 pound increase per week to 5 pounds plus extra reps per week. I did have one slightly negative side effect, and since I've done some research, I'm learning its mostly my fault. This gave me pretty bad GI distress for the first couple of days. Since then, I learned that I need to drink A LOT of water and I'll be fine.Goes Well With:Anything really

Feels good but no results
2I take it every day. I feel great after using the but haven't seen any noticeable gainz or anything crazy like that. The one bag came with a tear :(Goes Well With:Milk, cold water

5I got the raspberry lemonade flavor. This stuff is insane, not only is it some of the highest quality creatine you'll find anywhere, but it makes you feel like a beast. It well surpassed my expectations, I can lift noticeably more weight and I recover so much better. Don't waste your time with any other brand.Goes Well With:Blue raspberry flavored amino acids, lemonade, raspberry lemonade.
