Summer Mocktails
With summer approaching and the heat turning up, there's nothing like a nice cold drink to satisfy your thirst. You can still enjoy a refreshing drink without the alcohol though – here are some refreshing mocktail ideas that are waistline-friendly and easy to make at home.
1. Berry BCAA Slushy
Nothing says the summertime is here like a fresh, ice-cold slushy! This mocktail is especially tasty and nutritious due to its high content of berries, packed with vitamins and antioxidants. The banana will also provide some energy and electrolytes such as calcium, magnesium and phosphorus. Don't forget the BCAAs - a protein-packed punch that you'll love!
? 100g frozen banana slices
? 50g frozen pitted cherries
? 150g frozen strawberries
? 500ml sparkling/soda water
? 2 scoops Raspberry Lemonade BCAA
Pour half the fizzy water into a blender and mix with the rest of the ingredients on a high speed until it is smooth, pour into two glasses. Pour the rest of the left-over fizzy water into the glasses and serve. Enjoy.

? 2 peaches cubed and peeled (approx 140g)
? 500ml fizzy water
? 100g frozen pineapple chunks
? 3 limes (juiced)
? 100g frozen peach
? 10g stevia
? Fresh mint
Pour all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Pour the mixture into two glasses, add ice cubes and serve with some fresh mint placed on top.
