What’s In Episode 2?

Whey or Pea Protein? Chicken or chickpea curry? As veganism continues to grow in popularity year on year, many lifters are feeling the pull towards going plant based

With the number of high-protein vegan alternatives on the market and high-quality vegan protein powders, it’s easier than ever to build muscle on a plant-based diet. But for some, these could never replace their eggs on toast in the morning and chicken meal prep.

When it comes to being a pro athlete, which diet is better to fuel your training, if either? We invited Matt Morsia, committed bodybuilder and meat-eater to discuss this very issue with Emelye Dwyer, a functional fitness athlete who thrives on a vegan diet.

Both athletes stay on top of their game with opposite approaches to their diet. It’s time to get to the bottom of both sides of this nutrition debate. We’ll find out how Emelye hits her nutrition targets every day and why Matt isn’t going vegan anytime soon.

Sign up to The Scoop and get ready to re-evaluate your approach to nutrition after this one.
